User Agreement for Supermono Records

Terms Of Use:

1a. Supermono Records subscribers are not permitted to trade or sell the original downloaded file, or any copies made from that downloaded file. The music is the sole property of Supermono Records.

1b. Trade implies using peer-to-peer sharing programs such as, Limewire™ or Napster™, or any other means of redistribution over the Internet.
Trade implies passing files through any other media communication device such as: cell phones, cd/dvd R/W, laptops, network devices.

1c. Sell implies redistribution of this music for any commercial purposes. Subscribers are not permitted to resell downloaded files, or redistribute downloaded files by way of Intenet, online store, or recordable media including; CD's,DVD's or any other alternative storage media.

2. Supermono Subscribers are permitted to make copies of purchased MP3s for use on MP3 Players, Home Networks, laptops or to burn a CD/DVD for personal use.

3. Subscribers/nonSubscribers may copy CDs purchased from Supermono Records for use on MP3 Players, Home Networks, laptops or to burn a CD/DVD for personal use.

FIlm and Video

Users are permitted to use the music from this site for soundtrack purposes. Any works that are performed publicly are subject to standard royalty payments unless otherwise agreed upon. Autherized use must be sanctioned by Supermono Records for performing and/or recording published works.
